Crispy cheese garlic toast

1 baguette loaf
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
5 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Chopped parsley

Combine melted butter, olive oil, anchovy paste and garlic, and mix well.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Slice baguette into 1/4-inch thickness.
Spread anchovy garlic sauce on top of the bread, and bake until slightly crispy and golden brown.
Place mounds of shredded cheese in a frying pan and cook until melted. Place garlic toast on top of the cheese.
Turn off heat. Once the cheese has hardened a bit, transfer to a plate and serve.
